A note from RICC’s founder & owner, Leanna Olitsky:
Being a mom is hard.
Maybe you’re feeling
sad
lonely
worried
overwhelmed
angry
disconnected
like a failure
And maybe you don’t know what to do, but you do know that you don’t want to feel like this anymore.
I create a safe environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, always with your emotional well-being at heart.
My goal is to help you feel supported - not judged - as you navigate the ups and downs of motherhood in a way that is empowering and transformative.
All it takes is that first step.
the best is yet to come.

For insurances not listed above, contact your insurance company to determine any out-of-network benefits. Many insurance companies will reimburse you for some or most of the cost of treatment once deductibles are met. A superbill will be provided to you with the relevant CPT codes listed to be used for insurance reimbursement. Insurances that include out-of-network benefits often reimburse 20 - 90% of fees.
When checking with your insurance provider, it may help to report the codes that will be billed. You will need to know if you have out-of-network benefits, any deductible for out-of-network benefits you must meet, and the dollar reimbursement amount for the following codes:
90837 - individual psychotherapy (53 - 60 minutes)
90834 - individual psychotherapy (38 - 52 minutes)
